Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out Our terms, conditions and stipulations for use of Your information on aceplus.in (the "Site"), the ACEplus mobile application(s) (the "Application" or "App") and any features, subdomains, content, functionality, products, services (defined hereinunder "Platform Services"), media, applications, or solutions offered on or through the Site and/or the Application and/or through any modes, medium, platform or format, including through mobile phone, tablets, desktops or other storage / transmitting device (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

In India, the Platform is owned, managed and operated by [Edtalk Edtech Pvt Ltd], a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 23E Ahiripukur, 1^stLane Green Acres, Kolkata- 700019, West Bengal, India ("ACEplus", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation, users who access the Platform through an unique account (“Account”) to register themselves on the Platform as the “Parent” of the “Student” and subsequently register and / or modify users of their Parent Account to learn a subject or a skill ("Learners", “Students”) or users who access the Platform otherwise (collectively referred to as "You", "Your", or "User(s)"). The Users generate usage data (“Usage Data”) that refers to the data collected automatically, either generated using the Platform Service or from its infrastructure (for example, the duration of the visit on the App or Site).

The following section details the information collected from the Users and the reason for its collection on use by the Platform:

Parent Data (Name, Phone No, Email Address, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Payment Method) is collected at the time of registration to send notifications of registration, updates, upcoming Zoom Sessions, student’s progress. Some students who play on this Platform are younger than 13 years old and hence we do not encourage students to directly register on our Platform.

Student Data (Name, Date of Birth, Class, School) is collected for awarding the student at various stages of the games. Some of this information will be used as game (eg. Medical Chart, My Home Rules) artefacts which student receives in the end.

Our Platform Service collects the above information from the Parent. It does not knowingly collect any information from the Student.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Platform Service on the Platform. Usage Data may include information such as Your Platform’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the sections of our Platform that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time duration on the Platform, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Platform, Platform Service, products, services, marketing and user experience.
